We are expanding the National Aged Care Mandatory Quality Indicator Program (QI program) to in-home aged care. We want to hear your thoughts.

Consultation on the expansion of the QI Program to in-home care is now open.

Your feedback will help us develop realistic and practical quality indicators for in-home aged care.

The quality indicators will only apply to providers under the new Support at Home program.

We want to hear from:

  • aged care providers and staff
  • older people, their families and carers
  • sector peaks, associations and unions
  • researchers and experts
  • people interested in Australia’s aged care system.
