My Aged Care face-to-face support growing

An older man and a woman sit at a table talking face to face

Face-to-face aged care support is now available at dedicated Services Australia service centres. My Aged Care specialists complement the website and call centre to help Older people, their families and carers, to better prepare for and understand their aged care options.

An aged care specialist can guide you through the government funded aged care system and discuss the information you may need to make decisions on services.

Currently delivered in 68 locations nationally, Services Australia’s Aged Care Specialist Officers have exceeded 5,000 appointments. You can book an appointment to speak to an Aged Care Specialist Officer in person by calling [1800 227 475](tel:1800 227 475) on weekdays from 8am to 5pm.

More information on My Aged Care face-to-face services is on the Services Australia website.

You can also access My Aged Care information via the website or by calling My Aged Care contact centre on [1800 200 422 ](tel:1800 200 422)(Freecall*).

Let's change aged care, together

Every Australian should feel confident about accessing high quality and safe aged care, when and where they need it.

The changes mean Older people will have greater choice and control, services that respect and meet their needs, and support to stay independent as they age.

To find out more and help design the changes, visit the Get Involved page or call 1800 318 209.
